Ed McVey, a British actor who trained at The Drama Centre, recently secured the role of a lifetime making his screen debut as a young Prince William in season six of Netflix’s The Crown.

The series, in which McVey stars opposite Imelda Staunton, Elizabeth Debicki, Lesley Manville and Jonathan Pryce, is shooting now and scheduled for release in late 2023. The young actor’s stage credits include Camp Siegfried at the Old Vic in 2021.
